User Experience Designer

Represent the end user by translating customer requirements into design, objectives and specifications that will influence development of products that improve visitor productivity. Perform various methods of research and testing to collect actionable data to then translate it into functional layouts and designs that meet the requirements of the business without compromising the experience. Work closely with developers, technical designers and other business partners to ensure that products reflect the needs of a diverse group of visitors while ensuring design consistency. Develop and/or maintain scenarios, specifications, personas, brand books, wireframes, prototypes, design mockups and other design documents.

Bachelors and +5 years of relevant experience required.
High level of competency with Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS and Flash

Description
The individual will work side-by-side with our team of New Media professionals to design, develop and maintain websites, integrate social media applications, and coordinate electronic communications. Our projects have a diverse topical range of grassroots initiatives, social media integration, and standard website design and development.
